Return Policy

**Damaged Plants**:

1. If you receive a damaged plant, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
2. To initiate a claim for a damaged plant, customers are required to send clear photos of the damaged plant, including the packaging if it shows signs of damage.
3. Once we verify the damage from the photos, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement plant at no additional charge.

**Exceptions**:

1. Plants that have been overwatered, exposed to extreme temperatures, or otherwise improperly cared for after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
